Held Friday, August 1 from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, the private event gave invited guests the opportunity to get behind the wheel of McLaren’s latest lineup in an environment designed to be much more than a traditional dealership test drive.

A Complete McLaren Experience

Cars & Social helped coordinate the experience from start to finish — securing the venue, developing the driving route, organizing guest time slots, coordinating the invite-only audience and providing breakfast, brunch and coffee throughout the morning.

Guests reserved individual driving times and were able to experience the McLaren model of their choice, including the 750S, Artura and GTS.

The format gave each guest dedicated time with the vehicles while allowing them to compare three very different interpretations of the McLaren driving experience.

The McLaren 750S represented the performance-focused side of the lineup, combining McLaren's lightweight philosophy with its twin-turbocharged V8 and the raw acceleration, handling and driver engagement expected from the marque.

The Artura showcased McLaren's modern hybrid technology, pairing electrification with supercar performance in a package designed to retain the lightweight, responsive character of a McLaren.

The GTS brought a different personality to the event, demonstrating how McLaren can combine supercar performance with greater everyday usability, comfort and versatility.

Having all three models available gave guests the opportunity to experience the differences themselves rather than simply viewing the cars in a showroom.

McLaren North Jersey

Based at 995 Route 17 South in Ramsey, McLaren North Jersey represents the brand in the North Jersey market, offering new McLaren vehicles as well as pre-owned inventory, service and maintenance support.

The private driving experience provided the dealership with an opportunity to bring its newest vehicles directly to an enthusiast audience and allow prospective clients to experience the cars in a relaxed, curated environment.

A special thank you goes to Auto Vault of NJ for opening its Morganville facility to Cars & Social, McLaren North Jersey and our guests.

The venue provided the ideal setting to begin and end each drive, while guests enjoyed coffee, breakfast and brunch and spent time connecting with fellow automotive enthusiasts and the McLaren team.

The result was a successful private event for McLaren North Jersey, with guests leaving impressed by the engineering, performance and personality of the McLaren lineup.

More importantly, the experience generated real results — including multiple vehicle sales following the event.
